About the Role
At GRUPO ZAMBUDIO, we specialize in customized technological solutions, omnichannel strategies, artificial intelligence, automation, and enterprise software development. We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Odoo Lead Consultant to lead our Odoo business unit, supporting the company’s leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop growth strategies, and establish relationships with clients and partners.
- Sales & Consulting: Manage the complete sales cycle of Odoo, from prospecting to implementing solutions.
- Project Management: Lead Odoo implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and the efficient delivery of solutions.
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and scale the Odoo business unit, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with ERP solutions, particularly Odoo.
- Knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, etc.).
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into profitable projects.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

- Willingness to travel within the country as needed for business purposes.
