About the Role
Join a product-focused team developing ticketing systems, mobile applications, and access control tools designed for the tourism and leisure sector. The back office is built on Odoo (Community Edition), so solid experience with Odoo development is a top priority. Reporting directly to the Product Manager and CEO, this role serves as the technical lead for the platform—overseeing performance, reliability, and product quality. As the company scales, there will be opportunities to shape both the software’s evolution and the processes behind its development, delivery, and testing. The team is working toward a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) model and is seeking someone eager to drive improvements and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement new Odoo modules for ticketing, mobile app integration, and access control
- Improve and extend existing modules
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams
- Develop user-facing interfaces for business users
- Establish and refine testing processes (unit tests, regression testing, etc.)
- Write technical documentation
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Participate in planning, identifying improvements, and estimating workload
Tech Stack
- System: Linux Debian servers
- Software Architecture: Distributed Odoo Community (versions 14 and 18)
- Tools: Odoo, PostgreSQL, Git
- Languages: Python, Bash, JavaScript, XML
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Bac +5)
- Over 5 years of experience in full web and business software development
- Deep expertise in Odoo development (mandatory)
- Strong interest in building innovative solutions for a high-impact sector
- Comfortable proposing improvements and contributing ideas
- Technical proficiency in English
