About the Role
Refruiting is looking for a full-time Odoo Functional Analyst to join its Barcelona-based team. This hybrid role involves supporting internal teams through IT-related assistance and configuration, while also analyzing and improving business workflows using Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal IT support, including user access, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Conduct functional analysis of business needs
- Collect and validate functional requirements
- Assess and document business processes for improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience working with Odoo or OpenERP
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Experience in internal technical support
- Structured approach with a focus on clarity and operational improvement
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
