About the Role
Aktiv Software is hiring an experienced Odoo Consultant to manage full-cycle ERP implementations. This remote opportunity is open exclusively to residents of the United States. The ideal candidate will combine strong business analysis skills with deep knowledge of Odoo, helping clients move from current processes to improved, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design optimized business workflows
- Configure Odoo modules, handle data migration, and manage system customizations
- Lead testing, training, go-live support, and post-launch activities
- Prepare business documentation, user manuals, and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders
- Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior consultants
- Support pre-sales initiatives when needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in Odoo implementations (preferably version 15 or higher)
- Strong skills in gap analysis, functional documentation, and migration planning
- Confident in working directly with clients in a consultative capacity
- Experience managing priorities and working with cross-functional teams
- Odoo certification is an advantage
