About the Role
An experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in Odoo implementation is sought to coordinate and supervise digital transformation projects using this ERP system. The role involves ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between the client and technical-functional teams, handling requirements, follow-ups, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and close Odoo implementation projects.

Analyze functional requirements and write technical and functional documentation.

Coordinate development and consulting teams.

Directly communicate with clients: meetings, reporting, and managing expectations.

Control project timelines, milestones, and budgets using management tools.

Supervise testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

Identify risks and propose preventive and corrective actions.
Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience managing ERP implementation projects (at least 1 year with Odoo).

Advanced functional knowledge of Odoo (sales, purchases, accounting, inventory, HR, etc.).

Experience with project management methodologies (agile and/or traditional).

Strong analysis, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
