About the Company

About the Role
The Odoo Integrator will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues within the Odoo ERP system. This includes developing solutions, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with external freelancers when needed. The role requires both strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Odoo development
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within the Odoo ERP system
- Clearly document technical problems for external freelancers and partners
- Develop and implement solutions within Odoo independently
- Maximize Odoo’s built-in capabilities while minimizing the need for additional code
- Ensure software functions as intended and perform optimizations where needed
- Collaborate with external freelancers when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Odoo and understanding of its core functionalities
- Strong analytical thinking for identifying and resolving system issues
- Hands-on experience in coding and Odoo development
- Clear and structured communication skills, especially for documentation
- Proactive and independent work ethic, with the ability to spot and solve issues end-to-end
- English language skills are a plus (for collaboration with international freelancers)
