About the Role
The financial group Allcore Spa, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, is looking for an ODOO Developer to join on a full-time employment contract or as a freelancer (P.IVA), with the role fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and develop ERP solutions using Python and the Odoo framework.
- Implement integrations between Odoo and third-party software using REST APIs.
- Support the analysis and development of solutions to address internal needs across different companies in the group, providing practical and effective contributions.
- Collaborate closely with the team, ensuring code quality meets company standards and industry best practices.
- Assist the CIO in proposing and designing new technical solutions, contributing to ongoing IT innovation and process improvements.
Technical & Other Skills:
- Experience with object-oriented programming.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proficiency in back-end development (Python and PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Git version control.
- At least basic knowledge of ERP processes within Odoo.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Odoo ERP development and module customization.
- Familiarity with integrating different systems and platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Python programming knowledge.
- PostgreSQL expertise.
