About the Role
As a Project Manager, you connect clients and technology. You guide Odoo projects from start to finish: from analysis and process mapping to implementation and aftercare. You help clients work more efficiently and translate their needs into practical Odoo workflows.

- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within an ERP context for SMEs.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business operations quickly.
- Hands-on mindset; someone who actively participates rather than only coordinates.
- Confident in communicating with entrepreneurs and translating their ideas into workable systems.
- Experience with Odoo is a plus.
What’s Offered
- A competitive salary that grows together with your contribution.
- Meal vouchers.
- Company car with fuel card.
- Smartphone with subscription and a fast laptop.
- A team focused on working together effectively, not endless meetings.
- Space for personal ideas, your own pace, and your individual working style.
- Opportunities for growth and learning — expertise is valued as much as dedication.
