About the Role

As an Odoo partner, nexigo supports mid-sized businesses and industrial companies in building smarter operations. The teams combine deep technical knowledge with strong consulting skills, focusing on practical solutions and working closely with clients. To strengthen the rapidly growing Odoo ERP division, dedicated consultants are sought, especially those with a focus on production processes or finance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and implement Odoo ERP solutions in Finance (e.g., accounting, financial reporting, controlling) or Production (e.g., MRP, manufacturing, warehouse management).
Lead workshops and requirements analysis with clients.
Configure, customize, and roll out Odoo modules.
Support testing, go-live activities, and user training.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and clients.
Contribute to the internal development of Odoo expertise and industry-specific solutions.
Manage (sub-)projects independently.

Requirements

Odoo certification (Functional v16/v17 or higher).
Experience in industry as a (key) user is an advantage.
Solid expertise in at least one of these areas:
• Finance: accounting, reporting, SEPA, VAT, DATEV, etc.
• Production: work plans, bills of materials, MRP, manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects, ideally involving Odoo.
Strong understanding of business processes and analytical thinking.
Confident, client-focused communication style.
Independent and well-organized working approach.
Excellent German skills and good English skills.
Ideally based in southern Germany (Karlsruhe area).
Team spirit, proactive mindset, and motivation to grow together.
