About the Role

Looking for a Business Analyst with a strong sense of initiative and a desire to help clients digitize their processes using the powerful and flexible Odoo platform. Ooneur is a young, independent company based in Paris, driven by a clear vision: to support SMEs with practical, human-centered, high-quality guidance on their Odoo projects. This is the very first hire. Rather than joining a fully established structure, you’ll help shape and build it from the ground up. The goal? Grow through meaningful projects, an authentic approach, and solid results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user needs through workshops and discussions, gaining a deep understanding of business processes.
  • Suggest functional Odoo solutions (standard or configured) aligned with client requirements.
  • Assist in configuring modules (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, etc.).
  • Support testing phases (writing scenarios, executing tests, gathering user feedback).
  • Draft clear and structured functional specifications and user stories.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Oversee change management actions to ensure lasting adoption (documentation, tutorials, etc.).
  • Work closely with the technical team (developers, project managers) to ensure reliable delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business, IT, information systems, supply chain, or finance).
  • Experience: 0–2 years, ideally on an ERP; internships or apprenticeships welcome.
  • Functional skills: writing requirements, drafting functional specifications, leading workshops, and monitoring solution implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain to non-technical audiences and formalize needs clearly.
  • Analytical mindset, customer focus, thoroughness, curiosity, and adaptability.

Useful Technical Skills (not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with Odoo interface (views, filters, actions, reports).
  • Basic knowledge of Python or XML is a plus.
  • Understanding of business process management (sales, purchasing, accounting, logistics).
