About the Role
Arniol is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer for a flexible role available as freelance or in-house. The position offers remote or hybrid work options, with a preference for candidates near the Cardedeu area. Contract types may include freelance, temporary, or permanent depending on the candidate’s profile. Working hours can be part-time or full-time, based on availability and project scope. Salary will be determined according to experience.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Odoo from scratch
- Develop or customize modules based on company requirements
- Integrate Odoo with other platforms and tools, such as email and web services
- Advise on ERP best practices
- Provide basic training to the team and prepare technical documentation
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Odoo implementation and development
- Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver practical solutions for SMEs
- Experience in industrial or technical services sectors is a plus
