About the Role
The Odoo Business Consultant helps companies streamline operations and improve efficiency. The role involves translating logistical challenges into practical Odoo solutions while developing your own skills. Work is a mix of on-site client visits and remote or office-based collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize logistical workflows in Odoo
- Advise, train, and support users in ERP processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose creative ERP solutions
- Act as a bridge between logistics, supply chain, and related administrative processes
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operational planning, or ERP consultancy
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus, but not required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field
- Excellent Dutch communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex processes
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and assume responsibility
