About the Role
The position of Functional Odoo Expert focuses on leveraging expertise across multiple Odoo modules to ensure smooth and impactful ERP implementations. The role bridges the gap between business consultants and technical teams, supporting functional needs while ensuring alignment with technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules to match customer needs.
- Provide functional support to consultants throughout project phases.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose efficient solutions within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Lead and document testing, user training, and deployment activities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Odoo ERP as a Functional Consultant.
- Expertise in Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Contacts, and Website.
- Strong knowledge of business workflows and their integration with Odoo.
- Ability to configure and adapt Odoo without direct coding.
- Skilled in preparing functional specifications and converting business needs into clear stories.
- Experience in testing, user acceptance (UAT), and training sessions.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and setups (UML, BPMN).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
