About the Role
The position of Junior Odoo & n8n Automation Specialist (m/f/d) is designed for individuals eager to take responsibility in a fast-moving environment. Working directly with the CTO, this role combines ERP configuration, process automation, and client support. The role offers a steep learning curve and the opportunity to grow into managing projects independently.
Responsibilities
- Configure and adapt Odoo modules (CRM, Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Subscriptions).
- Design and maintain document layouts (DIN 5008), reports, and localizations.
- Build and manage n8n workflows and API integrations.
- Document, analyze, and optimize business processes (SOPs).
- Support workshops, data migrations, and customer training sessions.
- Provide operational support in day-to-day project activities.
Required Skills
- Initial experience with Odoo or another ERP/CRM system.
- Solid understanding of business processes and basic commercial knowledge.
- Foundational knowledge of APIs/JSON, SQL, and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- Strong German skills for client interaction and good English proficiency for tools and documentation.
- Independent, structured working style with the motivation to take ownership in a small team setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo Studio, Report Designer, or German accounting.
- Familiarity with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux basics, and Git.
- Interest in expanding technical expertise, particularly in automation and ERP customization.
