About the Role
The Administrative Operations, Automation, and ERP (Odoo) Specialist will play a key role in managing post-sales client support, order processing, and ERP optimization. This role requires a proactive and solution-driven professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to act as a bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales technical and functional support to clients.
- Manage the complete order cycle in CRM/ERP, including documentation, system updates, and client communication.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Odoo modules to enhance administrative workflows.
- Identify opportunities for automation, document requirements, and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.
- Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies (AI, automation tools, etc.) that add strategic value.
- Translate business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Support the preparation of impactful presentations and contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns.
Required Skills
- Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. Profiles such as Functional Consultant or Business Analyst are well-suited.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or client-support roles involving ERP systems.
- Proven experience with Odoo or another ERP system, with adaptability to learn quickly.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and ability to learn fast.
- Proficiency in productivity tools, including Excel and AI-powered applications (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
