About the Role
As a Strategic Odoo Consultant, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients in France and internationally. The role combines project management, business analysis, and product expertise, guiding clients through their Odoo projects from definition to successful deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Odoo projects following established methodologies.
- Facilitate client workshops to analyze needs, challenge processes, and propose solutions.
- Configure Odoo, oversee data migrations, and supervise testing phases.
- Act as an internal subject-matter expert in domains such as finance, logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
- Coordinate project teams including consultants, experts, technical staff, and clients.
- Share expertise and contribute to the continuous development of team capabilities.
Required Skills
- Native-level French (or C2 equivalent) for precise communication, negotiation, and documentation.
- Strong listening, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Convincing, creative, and rigorous approach to problem-solving.
- Curiosity and openness to innovation.
- Proven experience in one or more industries such as services, trade, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of finance, logistics, or commercial processes.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in demanding environments.
- Track record of managing strategic, high-stakes projects.
- Strong interest in ERP, CRM, and digital tools (Odoo experience highly valued).
