About the Role
The ERP Consultant (Odoo) will design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions to support Antelope Audio’s operational processes. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring Odoo configurations and customizations enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maintain high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements to design ERP solutions aligned with organizational processes.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules, including Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
- Lead application testing, validation, and ensure solutions meet functional and quality standards.
- Support implementation of new functionalities, workflows, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to specify and validate custom developments or integrations.
- Document, replicate, and resolve ERP incidents; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain system documentation, work instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
- Validate and migrate data, and create reports, dashboards, and queries to support decision-making.
- Provide training, workshops, and tutorials to end users to ensure effective system adoption.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication throughout projects.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with business or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- SQL skills considered a strong advantage.
- Python experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience with Odoo ERP implementations.
- Full project lifecycle experience, including planning, configuration, and deployment.
- Experience with open-source software.
