About the Role
The Odoo Consultant (Freelance) will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of the Odoo ERP system, initially within the company group and later for external clients. The position includes planning, execution, and evaluation of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP across the company group and future client projects.
- Develop project plans and milestones to track progress against budgets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with developers to translate business processes into tailored technical solutions.
- Manage organizational change with a focus on employee engagement.
- Create and maintain process documentation.
- Act as the central link between stakeholders, clients, developers, and top management.
Required Skills
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Initial professional experience in project management and team coordination.
- Practical expertise in implementing Odoo ERP or migrating from other ERP systems to Odoo.
- Strong understanding of business processes and change management.
- High IT affinity and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
- Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel within Germany.
- Proficiency in German and English.
