About the Role
Ecorobotix is seeking an ERP Specialist (Odoo) to support the Operations teams. The position combines business analysis, technical development, and coordination. The ERP Specialist will analyze and prioritize business requirements, configure and customize Odoo modules, integrate third-party systems, and provide user support. This hybrid role requires both functional and technical expertise, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Identify gaps between operational requirements and standard Odoo features.
- Develop, configure, and customize Odoo modules.
- Integrate third-party systems and APIs.
- Ensure quality, performance, and security of ERP developments.
- Provide level 2/3 support, including incident diagnosis and bug resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Monitor ERP patches and updates.
- Manage and prioritize development requests in coordination with business and technical teams.
- Propose process optimizations and support change management.
Required Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (HES, EPF, or similar).
- 2–5 years of experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Experience in Python/Odoo development and functional analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.
- Experience in REST/JSON API integration.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) with good command of English.
