About the Role
As an Odoo Project Manager, you will be the central point in Odoo implementations. You will guide clients step by step through their ERP journey, ensuring projects stay on track in terms of planning, scope, and budget. This role requires translating customer needs into effective Odoo solutions while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Odoo projects from kickoff to final delivery.
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on client requirements.
- Create, monitor, and safeguard project plans.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and build long-term trust.
- Identify risks and obstacles early and provide effective solutions.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst in ERP or software implementations (Odoo experience is a strong advantage).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English; additional languages are an asset.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementations.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Affinity with business processes in industries such as distribution, manufacturing, retail, or services.
