About the Role
The Odoo Project Manager (Techno-Functional) will oversee ERP projects from start to finish, combining project management responsibilities with technical decision-making. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards, while also guiding architecture, integrations, security, and deployment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, track, and deliver Odoo ERP projects while respecting deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project committees.
- Structure and prioritize backlogs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Validate deliverables and coordinate deployment to production environments.
- Design Odoo technical solutions including architecture, ORM, security, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners while maintaining proactive communication with clients.
Required Skills
- Advanced degree in IT, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing ERP projects, ideally Odoo implementations.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical expertise in Odoo: ORM, ACL/record rules, PostgreSQL, API integrations, CI/CD, Odoo.sh/on-premises.
- Collaborative leadership, client-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
