About the Role

The Principal Consultant ERP – Odoo Specialist will lead Odoo-based digital transformation projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery and long-term client satisfaction. This senior position involves managing client relationships, overseeing ERP implementations, and providing strategic guidance to functional and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops, analyze business processes, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Plan and estimate projects, collaborating with sales and technical teams for proposals.
  • Ensure successful implementation of Odoo ERP projects, including post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams, acting as a senior advisor and point of reference.
  • Promote best practices in Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of core business processes: finance, sales, CRM, supply chain, etc.
  • Odoo certification (v16, v17, or v18).
  • Experience in project management and leading functional workshops.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; autonomous and responsible.
  • Fluency in French and English; German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multicultural teams and clients in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and process optimization.
