About the Role

The Functional Odoo Technician will play a key role in supporting ERP implementation projects by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This position involves assisting the Project Manager in functional analysis, system customization, user training, and coordination with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution. The role offers an opportunity to work on impactful business transformation initiatives while developing expertise in one of the most powerful ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager in conducting functional analyses and defining customization requirements.
  • Configure the Odoo ERP system based on specific client needs.
  • Train end users to ensure effective use of the system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to achieve successful project delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP, preferably within industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more modules such as Management, Finance, Warehouse, or Production.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Residency in the province of Barcelona.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or XML.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
  • Basic understanding of Linux operating systems.
