About the Role

The Python / Odoo ERP Developer role involves contributing to Odoo implementation and improvement projects while providing advanced technical support. Working closely with senior consultants, this position combines development, configuration, and problem-solving to enhance system functionality and ensure smooth client operations. It offers an opportunity to expand technical and functional knowledge within a collaborative and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in Odoo implementation and enhancement projects.
• Perform configuration, customization, and functional testing within Odoo.
• Manage second-level technical support requests in production environments.
• Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules tailored to client needs.
• Document solutions, processes, and improvements for internal and client use.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Odoo maintenance services.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Functional knowledge of core Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchases, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Proven experience in technical support and issue resolution.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in system migrations or integrations with external platforms.
• Official Odoo certifications (functional or technical).
