About the Role
The Odoo Product Owner is responsible for advising on, shaping, and implementing Odoo solutions across the organization while also overseeing the architecture of SharePoint. This position sits within the IT team, part of the Support & Development department, and involves close collaboration with IT developers and various business stakeholders. The role reports directly to the Head of IT and requires a blend of technical insight, communication strength, and strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central liaison between IT and multiple business departments.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into tailored Odoo solutions.
- Manage improvements from initial design through successful go-live.
- Provide training to both key users and general users.
- Maintain and evolve the functional Odoo roadmap.
- Ensure complete documentation of system processes, configurations, and changes.
Required Skills
- Strong experience and expertise in Odoo, complemented by understanding of SharePoint architecture.
- Higher professional education level or equivalent practical capability.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Odoo specialist.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple ongoing projects with clarity and organization.
- Excellent communication abilities to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in collaborative IT environments with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives or ERP optimization.
- Ability to support change management and user adoption processes.
