About the Role
The ERP Implementation Consultant (Odoo) will lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and are delivered successfully. This role blends functional consulting, business process analysis, and technical expertise, enabling clients to maximize the benefits of Odoo ERP. The position requires strong collaboration with both clients and internal development teams.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules including Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and CRM.
- Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful implementation.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
- Collaborate with developers for advanced customizations and integrations.
- Ensure smooth go-live processes and provide post-implementation support.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as Sales, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cross-functional ERP projects and client-facing consulting.
- Familiarity with Odoo custom module development and advanced configuration.
- Understanding of cloud-based deployment and integration best practices.
