About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst – Odoo Specialist will be responsible for translating business needs into functional ERP solutions. The position involves close collaboration with developers, functional consultants, and clients to ensure successful delivery of Odoo-based projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and hands-on expertise with Odoo.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and identify areas for optimization using Odoo.
- Gather and formalize functional and technical requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and configure tailored solutions with relevant Odoo modules.
- Create detailed specifications and functional documentation for development teams.
- Conduct functional testing and validate use cases before go-live.
- Provide ongoing functional and technical support to clients.
- Deliver training and guidance to end-users for smooth adoption.
- Stay updated on Odoo developments and recommend continuous improvements.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ERP concepts and organizational processes.
- Proven expertise in Odoo configuration and customization.
