About the Role
The Business Consultant E-commerce acts as the bridge between clients and technical teams, guiding the full Odoo implementation process from analysis to go-live. This role combines business analysis, functional consultancy, and client coaching, ensuring that Odoo solutions meet customer expectations and drive e-commerce success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews to analyze client business processes and align them with Odoo functionality.
- Provide creative, practical advice and propose improvements tailored to client needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and manuals to translate business requirements for technical colleagues.
- Configure, test, and validate Odoo environments developed by technical teams.
- Train clients and key users, providing clear documentation and workflow guidance.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues on multi-feature implementations for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Support clients throughout the entire change process, ensuring smooth adoption of solutions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of web applications, including HTML, CSS, SEO, and UX principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose practical, innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a supportive team environment.
- Energetic, proactive, and confident in taking initiative and making decisions.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to work at least three days per week on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Odoo implementations, functional consultancy, or process optimization.
- Passion for e-commerce and front-end solutions.
