About the Role
Penon Partners is recruiting an ERP Odoo Developer for a leading European industrial group in the wood industry. The role focuses on deploying, customizing, and optimizing Odoo across multiple sites to support the company’s digital transformation and operational efficiency. The developer will report directly to the IT Director and play a key role in ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and customize the Odoo ERP system.
- Analyze business processes to define technical requirements.
- Develop, test, and maintain Odoo features and modules.
- Provide training and Level 2 technical support to users.
- Participate in API integrations and third-party solution implementations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Odoo (preferred), Python, XML, JavaScript, SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and teamwork orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital transformation projects in industrial environments.
- Knowledge of AI concepts and applications within ERP systems.
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a multi-site industrial setup.
