About the Role
Circel B.V. is looking for a Functional Odoo Consultant to join its growing team. This role offers a mix of business analysis, implementation, and client relationship management. Whether you’re early in your consulting career or have prior experience in ERP, process improvement, or functional advising, this position provides room to grow and shape both the role and the company’s direction. As the first full-time consultant, you’ll play a key role in the company’s development.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and design effective Odoo-based solutions
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, from intake to go-live
- Combine consulting and account management by maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities
- Create functional specifications, validate configurations, test workflows, and document clearly
- Deliver key user training and support clients in adopting Odoo successfully
- Collaborate with colleagues across development, project management, and support
Who You Are
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in business, economics, IT, or a related field
- Analytical, proactive, and confident in making independent decisions
- Skilled in both process thinking and communication with people
- Adaptable and professional, with a strong sense of ownership in a small company setting
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a bonus
Bonus Points For
- Experience with ERP implementations or functional consulting
- Background in client-facing roles or stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP platforms (not required but a plus)
