About the Role
The Functional Odoo Consultant will manage ERP implementation projects across Spain, providing strategic guidance and functional expertise. The role requires coordinating project teams, training users, and advising clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring optimal functionality, usability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal and client project teams.
- Execute all phases of ERP implementation.
- Train users on system functionalities to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Advise clients on best practices and process improvements during implementation.
- Identify new client needs or opportunities for enhancement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation consultancy experience, specifically with Odoo.
- Ability to autonomously manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and motivated for continuous learning.
- Availability for occasional travel within Spain (company covers travel expenses).

- Experience in project management or team leadership.
- Strong analytical and functional understanding of internal business processes.
