About the Role
B Futurist is hiring a Junior Odoo Analyst to support the Business Operations Team with issue resolution and process improvements in the Odoo ERP system. This position involves both technical and communication tasks and offers strong exposure to system analysis within a fast-growing scale-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Odoo-related issues across departments
- Liaise with developers when in-house resolution is not feasible
- Evaluate options and recommend suitable solutions when custom development is required
- Coordinate and manage the rollout of Odoo updates and system changes
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements based on system analysis
Required Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior involvement with ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred)
- Familiarity with product and project development lifecycles
- Understanding of cross-functional business structures and operational workflows
Key Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate ERP-related topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of ERP logic and customization potential
- Analytical mindset with practical problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Collaborative approach to working with internal teams
