About the Role
The Junior Consultant (Odoo) role offers the opportunity to grow within the field of consultancy by supporting the implementation of Odoo solutions. The position involves working closely with businesses to align processes, configure ERP modules, and ensure smooth adoption of the platform. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on client operations and professional development in ERP consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and adapt them to Odoo functionalities.
- Configure and customize modules such as CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Support data migration and system go-live activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and added value.
- Collaborate with the consultancy team and, over time, contribute to commercial activities.
Required Skills
- Strong motivation for business management and process analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge in accounting, sales, inventory, or production.
- Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish, with English proficiency at B2 level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems.
- Internship or early professional experience in consultancy, ERP implementation, or functional support.
- Interest in artificial intelligence applied to business management.
- Valid driver’s license and availability for occasional client visits.
