About the Role
The company is looking for a Junior Odoo Functional Consultant to join its growing ERP team. The role involves supporting project managers in gathering requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and helping users adopt the system effectively. This position offers hands-on experience in digital transformation projects across various business environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in functional analysis and requirement gathering for Odoo ERP customization
- Configure ERP modules based on specific client needs
- Train end users on system usage and best practices
- Work with developers and technical staff to ensure successful implementations
Requirements
- Prior experience with Odoo ERP implementations, ideally in industrial settings
- Knowledge of at least one of the following modules: Sales, Finance, Inventory, or Manufacturing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Must be based in the province of Barcelona
Preferred Skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, XML)
- Familiarity with databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems
