About the Role
TENWAYS is looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation and optimization of Odoo and IT systems across the company. In this role, you will manage project progress, assist in the analysis and research of corporate Odoo and IT system requirements, and ensure that colleagues are fully supported with ERP-related tasks and IT troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

Track project progress and assist in gathering and analyzing requirements for Odoo and IT systems.

Draft requirement and test documents, communicate with developers, and conduct internal acceptance testing.

Provide ongoing training and support for colleagues regarding ERP and IT systems.

Prepare IT equipment and software for new hires and assist with IT-related issues for current team members.
Required Knowledge and Skills

Familiarity with Odoo functionality and ability to support daily operations for colleagues.

At least three years of IT-related experience, or two years of experience with Odoo or ERP systems.

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills via email and in international settings.

Proficient in requirements analysis and project management.

Bonus: Understanding of ERP-related financial knowledge.
