About the Role
The Medior Odoo Consultant will function as a bridge between clients and technical teams, implementing and optimizing core Odoo modules. This role requires strong functional expertise in Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, and Contacts, alongside the ability to analyze business processes and provide effective, practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client workflows and translate them into Odoo functionality.
- Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
- Deliver functional support and training to end-users.
- Collaborate with developers to convert functional specifications into technical tasks.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose actionable solutions within Odoo.
- Lead testing, UAT, and deployment processes.
- Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
Required Skills
Technical & Functional Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Expertise in Odoo modules: Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Contacts.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and ERP mapping.
- Ability to configure Odoo without direct development.
- Skilled in writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Experience in testing, UAT, and end-user training.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes (UML, BPMN) and system setups.
- Familiarity with project collaboration and versioning tools (Git, Jira, Odoo.sh).
