About the Role
Vanture ESS is currently seeking an Odoo Analyst Programmer with at least 3 years of experience. The role involves the development, customization, and maintenance of the Odoo ERP system to align with client requirements. The position is fully remote within Spain and offers long-term stability, professional growth, and an excellent work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, customize, and maintain the Odoo ERP system.
- Document technical requirements and prepare clear specifications.
- Propose solutions within the Odoo ecosystem using existing or custom modules.
- Meet with users to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Program custom modules in Python using the Odoo framework.
- Integrate Odoo with external systems via APIs.
- Configure the system to meet client requirements.
- Conduct unit and functional testing.
- Ensure proper system performance following updates or migrations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, including modules, models, views, controllers, and workflows.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
- Empathetic, methodical, and versatile professional profile.
- Residency in Spain is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with integrations between Odoo and other systems.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional ERP solutions such as SAP.
