A specialized software development firm with expertise in open-source technologies and ERP integration (particularly Odoo) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its team in Kehlen, Luxembourg. About the Role
The Senior Business Analyst will act as the key liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring business needs are effectively translated into functional solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, ERP expertise, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations while driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients (primarily in Luxembourg) to assess and analyze complex business requirements
- Draft detailed functional specifications and model business processes (UML)
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure functional and technical alignment
- Contribute to custom, ERP, and application projects within an agile framework
- Support clients post-deployment with effective functional follow-up
- Play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the open-source community
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Management Engineering or related field, with a foundation in accounting and management control
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within an ERP environment
- Solid knowledge of Odoo or another ERP system
- Strong ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
- Fluency in French (working language) and good understanding of English
- Autonomous, structured, team-oriented, and curious about emerging technologies
- Based in Luxembourg or nearby border regions, with flexibility for client visits
