About the Role
As an Odoo Business Analyst & Project Manager (Medior/Senior), you will act as the key link between client business requirements and the Odoo solutions implemented. You will manage projects end-to-end, from analysis and planning to deployment and user adoption, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored Odoo solutions
- Draft functional specifications and testing scenarios
- Manage projects from start to finish (planning, resources, budget)
- Coordinate both functional and technical teams
- Ensure deliverables meet Odoo standards and client expectations
- Train and guide end-users for successful adoption
Required Skills
- At least 2 years of experience with Odoo projects (implementation, configuration, or project management)
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Languages: French and English (Dutch is an asset)
Hard Skills
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo (standard modules, workflows, customization)
- Project management (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Odoo
- Technical awareness (ORM, API, PostgreSQL is a plus)
- Clear and structured specification writing
- Functional testing and validation experience
