About the Role
Dasolo is seeking an Odoo Business Analyst with strong technical curiosity to join the team. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time professionals, beginning with an independent contractor arrangement and the possibility of long-term collaboration. The position involves working directly with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions in Odoo Online, and acting as the main contact for assigned projects. While coding expertise is not required, a tech-savvy mindset and basic Python knowledge are necessary to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand processes
- Document needs and translate them into functional Odoo specifications
- Collaborate with developers and designers on API-driven solutions, portals, and apps
- Conduct demo sessions to showcase Odoo Online capabilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and business process mapping skills
- Ability to optimize workflows and translate them into functional solutions
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Basic Python knowledge
- Tech-savvy, curious, and eager to understand Odoo’s full potential
- Independent and comfortable working remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Odoo (not mandatory; motivated juniors are welcome)
- Knowledge of French or Dutch
- Interest or background in UX/UI or product design
- Experience with personal projects or entrepreneurial initiatives
