About the Role
This position focuses on driving the migration from 1C to Odoo and optimizing internal processes through effective business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate has a solid background in ERP systems, a hands-on understanding of Odoo, and a passion for streamlining enterprise workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, especially related to the migration from 1C to Odoo.
- Respond to internal inquiries via chat, email, and help center tools.
- Create and manage tasks in YouTrack for transparent project tracking and collaboration.
- Break down complex project goals into actionable, manageable tasks.
- Prioritize project tasks and maintain the product backlog.
- Support Sprint planning by organizing and assigning development tasks.
- Monitor task progress, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate deliverables.
- Facilitate team meetings focused on planning, status updates, and project milestones.
- Present new features and changes to internal stakeholders; update documentation in Confluence.
- Train users on Odoo features and ensure smooth system adoption.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all newly implemented Odoo processes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis for ERP or enterprise-level software projects.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and task management tools like YouTrack.
- Direct experience working with Odoo (implementation, support, or administration).
- Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex requirements into manageable development tasks.
- Hands-on experience with UAT, backlog grooming, and sprint coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation using tools like Confluence.
- Ability to create and deliver training sessions and user support materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
