About the Role
The Odoo Business Analyst / Project Manager plays a pivotal role in managing ERP projects end-to-end. This role blends business analysis, project management, and Odoo expertise to ensure successful implementation and adoption for clients. The position is suited for professionals with strong ERP knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage both client relationships and internal project teams.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management
- Lead Odoo implementation projects from initial scoping to Go-Live.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Ensure alignment between clients, consultants, and development teams.
Business Analysis & ERP Expertise
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and project roadmaps.
- Configure Odoo modules independently, including CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and HR.
Client Relationship & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor, proposing process improvements and Odoo best practices.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Odoo implementations; certification preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in ERP projects, consulting, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and either French or Dutch.
- Ability to lead teams, guide clients, and manage complex projects.
- Valid work authorization for Belgium.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Knowledge of multiple Odoo modules and their integration.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
