About the Role

Join OSI as an Odoo Business Consultant, working alongside a vibrant consulting team to deliver ERP implementation projects across North America and Europe. The role centers on understanding client needs, crafting effective solutions, and ensuring successful deployment of software. Collaboration with Project Managers, Developers, Technical Architects, and fellow Business Consultants is key to achieving high-quality outcomes and driving client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with functional teams and end users to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
  • Prepare clear documentation and process flow diagrams to support solution design and rollout.
  • Evaluate current business processes and systems to uncover areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Perform functional testing on new system features and upgrades to confirm alignment with business needs.
  • Train client personnel on new workflows and system capabilities to promote smooth adoption.
  • Act as a communication bridge among stakeholders to clarify objectives, address challenges, and set expectations.
  • Offer practical recommendations for process enhancements based on comprehensive analysis.
  • Support change management efforts to facilitate effective ERP adoption.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Informatics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process improvement, preferably using technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP implementations is required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and regression analysis is a plus.
  • Experience with process redesign methods such as LEAN is valuable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and refining business processes aligned with technology.
  • Previous consulting or fast-paced project environment experience is essential.
