About the Role
The Odoo Business Consultant will collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver ERP solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves analyzing business processes, designing solutions, and ensuring successful Odoo implementations. Close interaction with Project Managers, Developers, Technical Architects, and other Business Consultants is key to maximizing client value. The position requires occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes in collaboration with functional departments and end users.
- Create clear documentation and process diagrams to support solution design and implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within existing business systems.
- Conduct functional testing of new features and enhancements to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Train client staff on new business processes and system functionalities for smooth adoption.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to clarify goals, challenges, and project expectations.
- Provide actionable recommendations for process optimization based on research and analysis.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful ERP adoption.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of process improvement or ERP implementation experience, preferably with Odoo.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL is highly desired.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling and regression techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of process redesign methodologies such as LEAN is highly valued.
- Prior consulting experience or working in fast-paced project environments.
