Your Role

As a Business Developer, you will:

  • Handle incoming leads and establish initial contact

  • Analyze potential clients’ business models, needs, challenges, and opportunities

  • Present tailored Odoo demos that showcase how the software can transform their daily operations

  • Lead on-site workshops to build the foundation for strong, long-term client relationships

  • Create customized proposals that impress and excite prospects

Your Profile

You are:

  • A graduate in business or have comparable professional experience

  • Curious, creative, and business-savvy

  • A natural networker with strong relationship-building skills — especially relevant for our growth in Germany

  • Passionate about software and able to inspire others with your enthusiasm

  • Fluent in German (native level) and English (C2 level or higher)

  • Driven to find the perfect solution for every client

  • Communicative, humorous, proactive, and tech-oriented

  • Open to travel (approx. 20%) and value in-person client interaction

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo

  • Familiarity with agile project methods

  • Experience in high-level negotiations

  • Understanding of tendering and procurement processes
