Your Role
As a Business Developer, you will:

Handle incoming leads and establish initial contact

Analyze potential clients’ business models, needs, challenges, and opportunities

Present tailored Odoo demos that showcase how the software can transform their daily operations

Lead on-site workshops to build the foundation for strong, long-term client relationships

Create customized proposals that impress and excite prospects
Your Profile
You are:

A graduate in business or have comparable professional experience
-
Curious, creative, and business-savvy
-
A natural networker with strong relationship-building skills — especially relevant for our growth in Germany

Passionate about software and able to inspire others with your enthusiasm

Fluent in German (native level) and English (C2 level or higher)

Driven to find the perfect solution for every client

Communicative, humorous, proactive, and tech-oriented
-
Open to travel (approx. 20%) and value in-person client interaction
Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo

Familiarity with agile project methods

Experience in high-level negotiations

Understanding of tendering and procurement processes
