About the Role

The Business Developer will be responsible for managing incoming leads, analyzing client needs, and presenting tailored Odoo demonstrations to showcase the software’s value. The role involves conducting on-site workshops, creating customized proposals, and building long-term client relationships to support braintec’s growth, especially in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads and establish initial client contact
  • Analyze business models, challenges, and opportunities of potential clients
  • Present customized Odoo demos
  • Lead on-site workshops to foster strong client relationships
  • Develop tailored proposals to engage prospects

Required Skills

  • Degree in business or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent in German (native level) and English (C2 or higher)
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for software and ability to inspire clients
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%) and engage in-person with clients
  • Communicative, proactive, and tech-oriented personality

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo
  • Familiarity with agile project methodologies
  • Experience in high-level negotiations
  • Understanding of tendering and procurement processes
