About the Role
This role is ideal for an experienced Odoo Consultant with a specialization in Accounting and Finance. The position involves customizing and optimizing Odoo ERP systems to enhance clients’ financial operations. It includes responsibilities ranging from financial process improvement to system training and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Odoo’s accounting modules, including invoicing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Analyze and optimize financial workflows to align with client needs
- Provide training, support, and ongoing system enhancements to users
- Oversee financial data migration and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Implement financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage)
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo finance modules and accounting processes
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Odoo’s accounting functionalities; basic understanding of SQL or Python is beneficial
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
