About the Role

Avoin.Systems is looking for two Odoo Consultants to join its expert team. These roles are ideal for individuals with hands-on experience implementing Odoo systems and a strong interest in improving business operations. Candidates may have worked either on the vendor or client side of Odoo projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis and consulting in ERP implementation projects
• Configure Odoo to meet business needs across modules such as sales, CRM, inventory, finance, and e-commerce
• Conduct client workshops and provide user training
• Optimize business processes in collaboration with clients
• Support sales and customer service teams as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in Odoo implementation projects (as a consultant or key user)
• Strong understanding of core business functions such as sales, finance, and warehouse operations
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Comfortable working with clients and various stakeholders

Additional Qualities

• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a drive for continuous learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with e-commerce is a plus

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model (office located in Vallila)
• Project work may occasionally require visiting clients
• Work closely with a skilled Odoo team, including project managers and both junior and senior developers
• Salary is based on experience and skill level
