Factor Libre is a technology consultancy specializing in management software for companies working with physical products. As pioneers of Odoo in Spain, the team now also develops its own ERP system, Gextia.
About the Role
The company is passionate about its work and maintains a close, collaborative relationship with clients, offering customized solutions that deliver real value. Factor Libre is currently looking for an experienced consultant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis & Refinement: Conduct functional or technical analysis and task refinement. Define new features and set clear scope for upcoming developments.
- Solution Design: Provide expert consulting for implementing and optimizing new business processes, designing solutions that fit each client’s needs.
- Validation & Testing: Perform user and validation testing to ensure the software works as intended.
- Documentation: Prepare functional documentation, including training materials such as video tutorials, exercises, and quizzes.
- System Configuration: Configure the system based on client requirements.
- User Support & Operations: Address user questions and resolve functional system issues. Offer ongoing support and problem resolution during and after implementation to ensure a smooth transition and steady operations. Assist with business operations post-implementation, including meetings, database configurations, checks, and other necessary tasks.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for system improvement and propose new functionalities to keep the solution aligned with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERP consulting (preferably with Odoo).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong sense of ambition.
