About the Role
The position of Odoo Consultant offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, analyzing business processes and implementing ERP solutions that optimize operations. The role combines functional consulting, system configuration, and user support, ensuring smooth adoption and continuous improvement of the ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional or technical analysis and refinement of tasks.
- Define new functionalities and determine the scope of features.
- Provide specialized consulting to design and implement optimized business processes.
- Perform user testing and validation to ensure system functionality.
- Create comprehensive functional documentation, including training materials such as videos, exercises, and quizzes.
- Configure the ERP system to meet client requirements.
- Offer user support and resolve functional issues during and after implementation.
- Assist clients with operational support, including database configuration, verification, and other tasks.
- Identify opportunities for system improvement and recommend new features aligned with industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in ERP consulting, preferably with Odoo.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
