About the Role
NSI Canada is looking for a motivated Odoo Consultant to support clients in implementing and configuring Odoo solutions. The role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and an interest in optimizing business processes through ERP systems. Previous experience in IT or ERP is required, though deep Odoo expertise is not mandatory, as training will be provided. This position offers flexibility, professional development, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects across industries.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user requirements across business areas.
- Conduct presentations for potential clients and demonstrate service offerings.
- Visit clients to observe operations, analyze needs, and recommend Odoo modules.
- Configure functional Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, etc.).
- Test implemented solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Document processes and prepare functional specifications.
- Train end users on Odoo usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams for specific adaptations.
- Propose continuous improvements to client processes.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERP or IT roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and rigorous approach.
- Autonomous, curious, and proactive learner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP platforms, particularly Odoo.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, or system integrations.
- Prior experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, energy, retail, or telecommunications.
